Statement from the Committee to Re-Elect Barry Brown
"The members of the Committee
to Re-elect Barry Brown are working hard to re-elect him because
we know Barry from his years of dedicated community involvement. We
also know Barry to be a highly qualified water professional who
is exceptionally well regarded throughout Fair Oaks and the Greater
Sacramento Region for his expertise, work ethic and knowledge
of water issues. We
are particularly impressed with Barry’s past, long-term dedication
to the District’s
water delivery systems, keeping them safe for the District’s
water users and the environment. We know he has worked hard to
provide cost effective service in the short and long-term for
the District’s
rate payers. Barry has fought for the development of excellent
water services at the lowest possible cost to the rate payers. Barry
is running for re-election to be seated on a Board that has undergone
many turnovers in recent years, turnovers that have resulted
in the Board having no member with professional knowledge of
the water industry. In
our view, having generalists on the Board is good….but having
one member with professional water experience is critical.”
“The Fair Oaks Water District can profit from Barry Brown’s
deep and broad background regarding water programs, water management
and water issues. Barry is widely respected throughout local,
regional and state water organizations. The Fair Oaks Water District
must coordinate with these agencies on a number of important water
issues. We
believe Barry Brown is the only person who can best represent Fair
Oaks water interests and the interest of its rate payers.”
Respectfully submitted by the members of …..
The
Committee To Re-elect BARRY Brown
"Vote for BARRY Brown for the
Fair Oaks Water District
---- BARRY Knows Water!
"
"I accept no district benefits and have fought to remove them for years. I volunteer the preponderance of the many hours I spend serving on the Fair Oaks Water District Board and representing the district on the Sacramento Ground Water Authority and the San Juan Water District's Executive Committee"
